Dubuque, IA, June 18, 2008 – The American Red Cross is responding to the ongoing needs of those impacted by severe flooding in Clayton County.
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. at Elkader Central Community School, 400 1st St NW Wednesday.
